CNMI Attorney Admissions Ceremony May 1st
On May 1st, four attorneys will be admitted to the NMI Bar Association at a ceremony
to be held at the Supreme Court. The attorneys, all of whom are also licensed in
other jurisdictions, passed the February CNMI bar examination. The four are:

Assistant Attorney General, Civil Div., AGO
Janet Han King
University of Nebraska College of Law
Assistant Public Defender, PDO
Jeffrey L. Warfield, Sr.
Tulane University Law School
Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Div., AGO
Jim Arenovski, President of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce, will be the featured
guest speaker at the admissions ceremony. Maya Kara, President of the NMI Bar Association,
will also be welcoming the new members of the bar. The attorney admission ceremony
is open to the public and will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the Guma’ Hustisia.
